Egrets at Lake Jean!
Egrets at Lake Jean! I've never seen so many. I'm not sure if they are still there today, I can't see them from the house, and haven't walked down there yet.

I haven't seen any nesting here for years. They aren't here today. We did have a pair of Great Blues nest a number of years back. That was awesome! To see that HUGE bird in the top of a tree is quite a site!

Susie, "Lake Jean" is here on our property. Not truly a lake! My husband named it, and my blogger blog readers are used to seeing all of the game and bird photos from there. I'm glad you found Posterous!
